Salary $31.00-38.50/hr

Operate a reverse circulation drill for 12 hours per day; up to seven days per week
Work in a mining /construction type environment
Supervise duties of helper
Prepare daily reports of all drilling activities. (footage drilled, samples recovered, time spent performing other activities besides drilling)
Carry out and document maintenance repairs on Equipment
Perform daily shift inspections (Safety cards)
Attend Daily safety meetings (tool box meeting)
Report all documents to supervisor
Communicate with Geology
Performing drilling test
Drill equipment moves
Drill set-up and lining up.
Wearing personal protective equipment
Making sure Helper is greasing the drill rods
Making sure Helper is fueling the Equipment
Helping the Helper perform housekeeping of Drill rig and site
Helping the Helper keep the site clean and in order
Making sure Helper is cleaning the cyclone with the air line
