1. Identifying Hiring Needs
To ensure we deliver the most suitable candidates, we begin by gaining a comprehensive understanding of your organization and the role in question. Prior to our initial intake meeting, we request that you share a current job description. This enables our team to prepare tailored questions and assign the appropriate recruitment specialist to your search.
During the intake session, we will discuss:
Your organization’s mission, culture, and structure
The role’s key responsibilities and reporting structure
Desired experience level (e.g., entry, management, executive)
Ideal personality and team fit
Salary range and total compensation package
Career trajectory and potential for advancement

2. Candidate Sourcing
Once we establish the parameters of your search, our team initiates the candidate sourcing process. We focus on identifying fresh, actively interested candidates rather than relying on existing databases. Our outreach strategy includes professional networks, social media, and LinkedIn.
To maintain confidentiality and minimize direct inquiries to your organization, we do not disclose your company name until an initial conversation with a candidate has been completed.
3. Screening Process
Each prospective candidate undergoes a thorough screening interview, during which we review their background, discuss their career goals, and present the opportunity at your company. We maintain transparent discussions regarding compensation and expectations to ensure mutual alignment. Insights gathered during the intake meeting are instrumental in presenting the role accurately and persuasively. Our goal is to ensure candidates are well-informed and genuinely excited to engage with your team.
4. Candidate Presentation
We will present only qualified, high-potential candidates for your consideration. You may choose to receive candidate profiles in batches or on a rolling basis. Should you wish to proceed with interviews, we will coordinate availability and manage all scheduling. We also welcome constructive feedback on any candidates who do not meet your criteria, which helps us refine the search moving forward.
5. Interview Coordination
You will have the opportunity to meet selected candidates alongside your internal team. While many organizations prefer to conduct initial interviews virtually, we are happy to coordinate in-person meetings when desired.
6. Continued Search as Needed
Our search efforts do not conclude until a signed employment agreement is in place. We continuously apply your feedback to fine-tune our approach and ensure alignment with your evolving expectations.
7. Reference Checks
Upon request and once an offer is pending, we will conduct professional reference checks. If there are specific questions or concerns you wish us to address during these conversations, we are happy to accommodate.
8. Offer Facilitation
Our team is available to present the employment offer to the candidate and provide guidance or clarification during the negotiation and acceptance phase.
9. Ongoing Communication & Support
Once the hiring process concludes, our involvement continues. We follow up with your hiring team to ensure the new employee’s successful integration, and we maintain regular contact with the candidate throughout their first three months to support a smooth transition.
